Case studies
These are some of Lazy Silicon's past projects.

In-messenger store for a healthcare manager
We developed a store integrated into the Telegram messenger for an influential healthcare manager, so that she could sell her books directly inside Telegram, offering a wide variety of payment options and custom support from an LLM.
This solution allowed the manager to diversify her sales channels, offering her products not only on her website, but also in the messenger. Notably, the messenger channel allowed her to expand her audience, reaching younger customers.
Tech stack: FastAPI, Langchain.

AI patient manager for a medical center
We developed an LLM-based patient support manager, integrated into the website of a large medial center, to help patients book and prepare for the right treatment. The virtual manger handed off conversations to a human manager when needed.
The virtual manager ensured patients were matched with the right service, had no questions or objections and successfully completed the booking. This allowed the clinic to see a marked improvement in customer satisfaction with the site and an increase in the conversion from a site visit to a booking.

AI agent for a healthcare ed company
Lazy Silicon has developed a RAG-empowered AI agent embedded in a custom backend for a healthcare education company. The assistant is customer-facing, integrated into WhatsApp and Telegram. The assistant consults customers on products, helps them make purchases, escalates to a human manager in case of a high-ticket purchase, collects feedback on products, among its other functions . The assistant is integrated with the company's website and CRM and its vector database is continuously updated.
In addition, Lazy Silicon has developed a graphical interface for the Company's managers, where they can easily publish newsletters for their audience, across messengers: these messages automatically gain approval by Meta (required) and are sent in all messengers.
From the first days after the launch of the assistant, the Company reported an increase in conversions from inquiries to bookings and tripled its marketing content production volume thanks to the efficiencies brought by the newsletter management system.
Tech stack: OpenAI SDK, FastAPI.

AI assistant for a medical doctor
Lazy Silicon has set up a website for a private medical practitioner, with appointment booking and payment management. Patients can now conveniently book an appointment for any of the doctor's services on her site and pay the deposit, as well as view and reschedule their appointments in their
dashboard.
In addition, Lazy Silicon has developed a Whatsapp-based AI assistant that consults the doctor's patients on her services, helps address FAQ and manage bookings, sends automatic appointment reminder and after-treatment care checklists.
The virtual assistant now manages most of the patient interactions for the doctor, saving her ~10 hours every week.
